The Cove at Yarmouth

The Cove was a nice place to get away that was still local to drive to, only a 2 hour drive from CT. Unit was clean, recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Disappointed thou there was only a microwave, small frig and a coffee maker. We usually get a full kitchen. The onsite restaurant was very good. Meal was delicious and there was a band afterwards. Walk around the grounds was beautiful on the waterfront side, there were seats and private places to sit. Quiet and there were a couple BBQ grills & picnic tables. (Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid) Overall had a great weekend.

The trip was for only one day to visit my daughter . We did not actually do any vacationing. I actually sleep better here than at home as there is very little noise.

Love the location and what the resort offers. But be aware of getting assigned to an inside unit where the air conditioning unit is extremely loud and your air exchanges are full of pool fumes. There is a second floor at the resort but there is not an elevator to access it

Beware of going to the "timeshare update" with the offer of a free week. This is false advertising. The next week you get a shady offer of a getaway with a company that is not listed on the Better Business Bureau and charges fees to just get you "registered". Disappointed that people have to lie to sell their product.

I've stayed here several times during the past two years. It's a nice, quiet, Cape Cod getaway. I've always stayed in the townhomes, so I can't speak to the smaller units. The townhomes are very nice, with all the basics, minus the kitchen. The resort amenities are excellent, especially the fitness center. There is a bar/restaurant, with live music (outdoors when the weather permits). I would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area.

This was our second trip to The Cove at Yarmouth. It’s a great resort with all kinds of activities and amenities. The resort is clean and well kept. Both times that we’ve gone were the week after Labor Day. This was on purpose as that is when the “season” is over, the crowds are gone, but the weather is still really nice. You can easily get to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard on a pleasant ferry ride and dine at one of many wonderful restaurants in Yarmouth and Hyannis. The only downside of going in the off season is the main restaurant at the resort called the Loft is only open on Friday and Saturday. I only bring this up as it is a great place, with good food, service and bar tenders. Plus they always have a smokin hot band from the region. There is another on-site restaurant at the pool called the Loft Shack. It’s opened Wednesday through Sunday and has live music each of those nights. We have a lot of fun there and have plans to be back there next year the same time. We plan on making this an annual event . Yarmouth is a great location on the Cape. Highly recommend it
